U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert, a Republican of Colorado, was elected to serve Colorado’s Third Congressional District in 2020 after defeating longtime incumbent Scott Tipton in the Republican primary. In 2022, a recount confirmed that Boebert won re-election with about 50.06 percent of the vote, defeating Democrat Adam Frisch.
