Kenneth V. McKay IV is a Rhode Island lawyer who has held state and national Republican leadership positions. He served as campaign manager and chief of staff for former Rhode Island Gov. Donald Carcieri. He was also chief of staff of the Republican National Committee, from March 2009 to April 2010.
