Juan Hernández

Fort Worth native and professor who founded center for Mexican-U.S. studies at the University of Texas-Dallas, served as a cabinet member under Mexican President Vicente Fox and a campaign adviser to U.S. presidential candidate John McCain, co-founded Hispanic Republicans of Texas.
