Jim Marston

According to his biography at edf.org, Jim Marston is the founding director of the Texas office of the Environmental Defense Fund and the head of EDF's national energy program, and a leader of the Pecan Street, Inc., partnership of Austin Energy, the University of Texas, the Chamber of Commerce and tech companies.
