James Carr

James Carr ran as a Libertarian for Virginia's 7th Congressional District seat in 2014. He lives in Louisa County and is manager of business operations systems at a community hospital in Charlottesville. He has a bachelors degree in finance from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg. He has previously worked as a road manager for a rock band and as a financial analyst for a defense contractor.
