Bryan Kennedy is president of the Wisconsin chapter of the American Federation of Teachers, known as AFT-Wisconsin, a union that represents professional employees who work for the state or local government. In 2004 and 2006, he ran as a Democrat against U.S. Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Menomonee Falls).
