Bill McCoshen

Bill McCoshen, a Republican, is a political consultant in Madison, Wis. He is also executive director of Competitive Wisconsin, a consortium of agriculture, business, education and labor leaders. He served as the state commerce secretary under GOP Wisconsin Gov. Tommy Thompson and as Thompson's campaign manager.
