Aaron Rouse

Aaron Rouse has been a Virginia Beach City Council member since 2018. He is the 2023 Democratic nominee in a special election for a state Senate seat that opened with the election of Republican Jen Kiggans to the U.S. House of Representatives. Rouse is a Virginia Beach native and sociology graduate of Virginia Tech. He played professional football with the Green Bay Packers and New York Giants from 2007 to 2009. He is the founder of  Rouse's House, a non-profit helping children.
