Perry-O-Meter moves on federal education money

A standoff between Gov. Rick Perry and Congressman Lloyd Doggett of Austin has kept $830 million in federal education money from arriving in Texas.

Perry met with congressional leaders this month to discuss efforts to get the money flowing.
