“Obamacare will question your sex life,” says a New York Post headline this week.

The opinion piece underneath, written by former lieutenant governor of New York Betsy McCaughey, claims the law pressures doctors into asking insensitive and intrusive questions about patients’ sex lives — even when the answers aren’t needed to provide care.
