Highlighting the work of our competitors

By Bill Adair
March 13, 2013

Fact-checking keeps growing. In addition to PolitiFact, FactCheck.org and the Washington Post’s FactChecker, many other news organizations have increased their efforts to hold public officials accountable.

Because there are so many fact-checkers, we started “Beyond the Truth-O-Meter,” a feature curated by PolitiFact Senior Writer Louis Jacobson, that highlights the most recent work by the fact-checkers and other news organizations. You can find it on the right side of our home page, beneath our Obameter tally of campaign promises.

We feature the 10 most recent links on our home page. If you miss a day or two, you can get the full list in our Beyond the Truth-O-Meter archive.
