China may be on the other side of the globe from Ohio, but it plays a central role in the worldview of U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan, who regularly denounces its trade practices.

The Niles Democrat had another chance to vent recently when The House of Representatives passed a bill to overturn a court decision that interfered with federal government’s ability to impose countervailing duties on Chinese goods.

"Ohio has lost close to 100,000 jobs due to unfair trade practices by China," Ryan said.
