Daniela Mendoza Luna is a feminist journalist and teacher with a career of more than 20 years in Mexican journalism. She founded and runs Verificado MX. She collaborates in the coordination of the Network of Journalists of the Northeast of Mexico. She is a consultant for independent media in Latin America and teaches at several Mexican universities (Autonomous University of Nuevo León and Regiomontana University). She is an AMI Expert from the DW Akademie and a member of the International Visitor Leadership Program of the U.S. Department of State. She is currently studying for a PhD in Journalism at the Complutense University of Madrid.
