Tim Hugo

Del. Tim Hugo, R-Fairfax County, has been a member of the Virginia House of Delegates since 1993. He is chairman of the chamber's Republican Caucus.

Hugo is the executive director of Free File Alliance, an association of tax filing companies. He previously worked in the U.S. House of Representaives as legislative director for Rep. Jennifer Dunn, R-Wash., and chief of staff for Rep. Bud Shuster, R-Pa.

Hugo has a BA from William & Mary.
