Scott Garrett
Since January 2003, Scott Garrett, a Republican, has represented New Jersey's 5th Congressional District, which includes parts of Bergen, Passaic, Sussex and Warren counties. Prior to joining Congress, Garrett served in the New Jersey Assembly between 1990 and 2002.
