Sara Jacobs

Democrat Sara Jacobs, a third-generation San Diegan, was elected to Congress in 2021. She now serves California’s 51st Congressional District, which includes San Diego, El Cajon, La Mesa, and Lemon Grove; she  represented the state’s 53rd Congressional District from 2021 to 2023.
