Quentin Fulks

Quentin Fulks is the president of Think Big Illinois, an advocacy group that supports replacing Illinois' flat income tax with a graduated rate structure, among other causes.  He is also the chairman of Vote Yes for Fairness, a group campaiging in favor of a constitutional amendment in the November 2020 election that would permit the state to institute graduated rates.
