Michelle Mosby
Michelle Mosby was first elected to the Richmond City Council in 2012, representing the 9th District. In 2015, her peers elected her president of the council. In 2016, she ran for mayor.
Mosby was born in Richmond in 1969 and attended Norfolk State University and Virginia Union University.
