José Oliva, a Miami Lakes Republican, was elected to the Florida House of Representatives on June 28, 2011and reelected subsequently. He is the House Speaker for 2018-2020. He is CEO of the Oliva Cigar Company and a former Hialeah Housing Commissioner 2001-2005.
