Joe Berrios
Joe Berrios was electe Cook County Assessor in 2010. He previously served 22 years on the Cook County Board of Review, which handles property tax appeals. In 1982, he became the first Hispanic elected to the Illinois House of Representatives. He has been chairman of the Cook County Democratic Party since 2007.
