Jennifer Horn, the chairman of the Republican Party of New Hampshire, is a two-time challenger for the New Hampshire's 2nd congressional district. She won the Republican nomination in 2008, but eventually lost to Paul Hodes in the general election. In 2010, she lost to Charles Bass in the Republican primary.
