Jennifer Carroll Foy

Jennifer Carroll Foy is seeking the 2021 Democratic nomination for Virginia governor. She was twice elected to the House of Delegates, representing Prince William County, and resigned mid-term in 2020 to focus on running for governor.

Carroll Foy is a public defender. She was born and raised in Petersburg, Va. She's a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, has a master's degree from Virginia State University and got her law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.
