The Rev. Eugene J. McKenna is president of Citizens Concerned About Casino Gambling, a Rhode Island group that opposes allowing casinos in the state. He was pastor of St. Lucy's Church in Middletown from 1983 to 2008. He is now pastor emeritus of the church and lives in South Kingstown.
