Ellen Freidin
Ellen Freidin was campaign chair of the drive to amend the Florida constitution to require more compact legislative and congressional districts. Amendments 5 and 6, passed in 2010, require new district lines to take into account county and municipal boundaries and geographic divisions, while also allowing for minority representation.
