David Hallock

David Hallock is an aide to Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va. A former lobbyist, Hallock served as deputy director of policy and deputy counsel for Warner when Warner was governor. More recently, Hallock was state directo, deputy chief of staff and legislative director for Sen. Warner. And he most recently worked in Warner's re-election campaign.
