Brian Schimming is a former lobbyist and radio talk show host. He was appointed to be the executive director and chief operating officer of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) by Republican Gov. Scott Walker in 2015.
On December 10, 2022, Schimming was elected to serve as the chairman of the Wisconsin Republican Party.
