Bill Daley was U.S. Secretary of Commerce from 1997 to 2000. In 2011, he served as Obama's White House Chief of Staff. He is the son of one former Chicago mayor, Richard J. Daley, and brother of another, Richard. M. Daley. He is currently running for mayor in Chicago.
