Baker Harrell

Baker Harrell leads It's Time Texas, which describes itself as the preeminent community health organization in the state. Baker has a PhD in Kinesiology and Health Education, with a concentration in social change approaches to improving health and fitness and a Master’s in Health Education with a concentration in childhood obesity.
