Marvin Pratt
Marvin Pratt served as a Milwaukee alderman from 1987 to 2004. Between 2000 and 2004, he also served as president of the Milwaukee Common Council. He was Milwaukee’s acting mayor from January 2004 until April 2004, when he was defeated in the mayoral election.
