Kitty Rhoades
Republican Kitty Rhoades, a member of the Wisconsin Assembly from 1999 through 2010, became the deputy secretary of the state Department of Health Services in January 2011. In February 2013, she was appointed secretary of the department by Gov. Scott Walker.
